We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Director to join our team at Medium. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial part in expanding our e-commerce and offline business in the Colombian market, while steering our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement business development and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
  • Work closely with local and global stakeholders, including logistics, customer service, paid social, paid search teams, and other departments to enhance operational excellence and marketing efforts.
  • Manage digital marketing activities, including website optimization, advertisements, SEO, Google Analytics, content creation, CRM, influencer, affiliates, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our marketing channels, customers, key markets, and players to generate insights and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Conduct research, analyses, and reports to identify growth potentials, optimizations, and risks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing, business development, and e-commerce, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly.
