Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking professional who is dedicated to enhancing operational performance and providing high-level support to executive leadership within our Mobility Aftermarket division.

Key Responsibilities (Approx. 75% focus):

  • Act as a strategic consultant to the department leader, offering insights and recommendations to achieve business goals.
  • Oversee and execute special projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and meet objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between the department leader and other teams.
  • Evaluate and report on critical performance indicators, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Prepare and organize materials for executive meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up items.
  • Enhance organizational and operational efficiency by implementing best practices and process improvements.
  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Administrative Duties (Approx. 25% focus):

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the department leader, managing their schedule, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Oversee and streamline office activities and operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the department leader to enhance their productivity and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a strategic support role, such as Chief of Staff or executive assistant, with a focus on supporting senior leadership.
  • Strong business insight and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data and provide informed recommendations.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is advantageous.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with a strong ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
