Job Summary

Vishay is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and perform customer service-related operations, including customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
  • Implement and support customer service-related infrastructure development projects, such as new delivery concepts and training programs.
  • Prepare, review, and complete customer orders and revisions to orders, ensuring compliance with valid procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer accounts and records of customer interactions.
  • Provide information and support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Execute day-to-day administration and service-related operations, including selecting and applying procedures and practices to cover variances in work.
  • Provide 1st level support in administrative subjects, including customer service and technical support.
  • Maintain relations and exchanges information to ensure smooth workflow between related work areas.
