Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Water Conservation Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for generating and executing sales plans in existing customer bases and assigned competitively-held accounts to meet profit increase goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of water treatment and specialty chemical industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Generate and execute sales plans to meet profit increase goals.
- Work closely with current and prospective customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovation plans.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and prospective customers.
- Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required.
- Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering (chemical, mechanical, industrial) or life sciences (biology, chemistry).
- Three years of technical sales or field sales support experience.
- Possess a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
This role offers a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 per year, a company vehicle, cell phone, and benefits package. You will also have access to the industry's most innovative training programs, including opportunities for advancement in service, sales, or management.
