Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers across the region, including Mexico, Colombia, and Brazil.
- Grow and amplify the Clarios talent brand, leveraging our product brands (LTH, Heliar, MAC, Optima) to attract top talent.
- Master the hiring process and related systems to ensure accurate data, protect the company from unnecessary risk, and propose efficiency improvements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet time-to-fill goals and hiring aspirations.
- Manage a team of internal recruiters and external vendors to fill requisitions successfully.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, with prior leadership experience or prior Clarios work experience.
- Previous experience with TA, hiring best practices, legal aspects of hiring, and social media, interviewing, ATS, KPIs, and common metrics.
- Bilingual Spanish and English is a must, with better-than-average English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including international travel to the US, Colombia, and Brazil.
