Key Responsibilities

  • Update and analyze financial data to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Post and manage invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and clients to resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  • Monitor client portfolios and ensure that invoices are received and processed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct conciliations of shipments, invoicing, and sales to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Education in Accounting or a related field.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including accounting packages.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related field.
  • Advanced level of English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Experience in an accounting firm or a similar industry.
