Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international subsidiary clients to provide them with tailored banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with product partners to identify and match customer needs with relevant expertise.
  • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of customer information on different bank systems.
  • Monitor relationship profitability and take proactive corrective action to mitigate potential losses.
  • Stay up-to-date with external factors influencing international business, including economic, cultural, geographical, procedural, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in managing commercial relationships.
  • Proven ability in identifying and meeting customer needs through matching a broad range of products and services.
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural, and regulatory issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Excellent command and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong credit skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cash Management, Global Markets, Trade & Receivables Finance.
