Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Consultant to join our team at Cognizant Technology Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday Functional Module or Integrations, as well as a strong background in Corporate Applications portfolio experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply and execute various AMS and Implementation methodologies, activities in Workday Functional and Technical engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Global Delivery Center team and onshore team on day-to-day activities, incidents, root cause analysis, and other work requests.
  • Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required.
  • Deep knowledge of SLA constructs and adherence.
  • Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday Functional Module or Integrations.
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model.
  • Knowledge of multiple Workday modules, business processes, and security.
  • Advanced English language skills.

Location: CDMX, Guadalajara, or Monterrey. Hybrid mode.
