Key Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Workday Functional Module or Integrations
- Minimum 5-7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model.
- Knowledge of multiple Workday modules, business processes, security.
- ADVANCED ENGLISH is a must
- Location: Hybrid mode

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Global Delivery Center team and onshore team on day-to-day activities, incidents, root cause analysis, and other work requests.
- Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required.
- Deep knowledge in SLA constructs and adherence.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact.
