About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our team at Remotivate. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to enhance our clients' online visibility and drive organic traffic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research to inform content and SEO strategies
  • Perform technical audits to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance client site pages
  • Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
  • Manage SEO analysis, research, and ideation to optimize strategies
  • Analyze traffic patterns to identify drops or gains and take necessary actions
  • Stay updated with industry research to keep abreast of the latest trends and updates
  • Communicate any issues found and their solutions to both the client and the team for transparency and effective problem-solving
Requirements
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Over 3 years of experience practicing SEO, implementing strategies that enhance search engine rankings and increase organic traffic
  • Expertise with Google Analytics 4, utilizing it to track and analyze website performance, create custom reports, and interpret data for data-driven decisions
  • Expertise with Google Search Console, leveraging its functionalities to monitor website health, fix crawl errors, submit sitemaps, and analyze search performance
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including regular use of advanced features like VLOOKUPs & pivot tables for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with any of the following SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, Ahrefs, and SEMrush, utilizing them for comprehensive site audits, competitive analysis, and keyword research
  • Proven experience meeting deadlines, overcoming challenges and achieving success
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with paid acquisition via Google Ads or Meta
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager
  • Speaking experience at industry conferences/meet-ups
  • Experience managing clients
