**Outreaching Recruiting Specialist | Responsibilities**:
**Outreach Strategy Development**
- Develop and execute comprehensive outreach strategies tailored to attract top talent from targeted companies and industries.
- Continuously refine outreach methods to ensure they are effective and aligned with the company's goals.

**Networking & Market Research**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and the best sources for top talent.

**Screening, Interviewing & Recruiting**

**Collaboration & Coordination**
- Work closely with hiring leads to understand the specific requirements and expectations for each role.
- Tailor outreach strategies to meet the needs of different teams and roles within the company.

**Reporting & Continuous Improvement**
- Track the effectiveness of outreach efforts through detailed reporting and analysis.
- Provide insights and recommendations on how to improve strategies and outreach techniques.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and continuously seek ways to enhance the efficiency of the outreach process.

**Team Happiness**
- Assist the Hiring and Happiness Specialists with Team Happiness initiatives, including but not limited to onboarding, HR Weekly Check-ins, gifting, troubleshooting, and administrative support.
- Contribute to creating a positive work environment by supporting efforts that enhance team morale and engagement.

**Requirements**:
**Experience Requirements**:
**Experience Level Required**: Mid-Level

**Recruiting & Outreach Experience**:

- At least 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience with a strong focus on direct outreach.
- ️ Proven experience in creating, implementing, and managing both in-person and digital outreach recruiting initiatives.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency is a plus, providing familiarity with the fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Workable is a HUGE plus, offering a streamlined approach to managing the recruitment process.

**Specialized Recruiting Experience**:

- Must have experience recruiting and outreaching to SEO Specialists, Web Developers, Digital Marketing Project Managers, Marketing Managers, and other Digital Marketing roles.
- Strong track record of sourcing, interviewing, and managing the entire hiring funnel.
