Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior SCM Manager to join our team at Celestica. This is a key role that will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of SCM applications, processes, and training across multiple sites to support business and customer requirements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain SCM applications, processes, and training across multiple sites to support business and customer requirements.
  • Lead the establishment of IT infrastructure to support Celestica's supply chain.
  • Ensure robust and cost-effective IT infrastructure for SCM operations.
  • Manage, lead, and develop a group of SCM employees.
  • Establish performance metrics and drive continuous improvement of SCM processes.
  • Develop and manage budgets for SCM applications, including hardware, software, and maintenance.
  • Participate in setting strategic direction and provide support to the region for SCM applications.

Requirements
  • Broad understanding of the global business environment and customers' businesses.
  • Extensive knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes, as well as integrated ERP applications.
  • Working knowledge of e-Business processes, applications, and system integration.
  • Strong cross-functional project and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to resolve very complex process and systems issues across sites and with customers.
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, and problem-solve a variety of tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Ability to effectively lead, manage, train, and motivate a diverse group of employees.
