Job Summary:

We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our team at Playa Hotels & Resorts. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying and maintaining accurate records on incoming and outgoing shipments related to inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and maintain accurate records on incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory
  • Coordinate and record incoming merchandise or material timely and accurately, as per company procedures
  • Arrange transportation for outgoing products, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to company guidelines
  • Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting discrepancies and working with team members to address issues

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should also have basic computer skills and be proficient in using software applications such as Excel.

Education and Certifications:

An Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or Master's Degree in a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Certifications may be required or preferred.

Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience
