Lead Business Hr Manager, Retail Transformation Specialist

Nike is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our Latin America team as a Lead Business HR Manager for Retail. This role will play a critical part in driving workforce labor plans, talent management, and performance outcomes across the region.
What You Will Do- Provide expert advice and coaching to business leaders to drive strategic initiatives and improve employee engagement.
- Partner with the HR Director for Latin America and key matrix partners to understand business priorities and develop tailored HR solutions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance and directing inquiries to the appropriate HR specialists.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR business partnering role or HR Generalist role, ideally in an MNC/international environment.
- Proven ability to work in a matrix environment, developing and implementing HR initiatives, systems, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Spanish languages (written and spoken).
Nike offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including a competitive salary and benefits program. The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
