About the Role:

The mission of the Senior Quantitative Project Manager is to serve as a communication and relationship liaison between M3, our clients, and other teams involved in the project's completion. You will directly manage all aspects of each project on time and within budget. This role is ideal for someone with experience in international online market research, specifically focused on healthcare, sampling, survey recruitment, and collaboration with all teams involved in the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage international quantitative market research projects through entire project life cycle, including client management, partner coordination, sample preparation, quality assurance, respondent inquiries, and honorarium processing.
  • Work closely with various teams to setup and test survey links, prepare and send samples, conduct quality checks, and manage respondent inquiries and honorarium.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings to ensure all parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Establish and leverage relationships with vendors to facilitate accurate and timely deliverables, communications, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor productivity and quality of data collection, providing regular updates and progress reports on project status.
  • Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs affecting the budget.
  • Collaborate with sales team members and operations staff to address issues and/or make recommendations to improve performance on research studies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • At least 5+ years' experience in market research project management, preferably in the medical/healthcare field.
  • Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly solve problems and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study-specific and departmental objectives.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency in calculating incidence rate, response rate, honoraria amounts, profit, etc.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word, with a quick learning ability for new technologies/software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple online research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year

This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience. The actual salary may vary depending on qualifications and location.
