As a Recruitment Process Coordinator at KONE, you will play a pivotal role in our recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative uplift/ownership in the TA process
  • Drive employer branding initiatives
  • Support business training/s and development programs
  • Assist with school recruitment processes

We seek a motivated individual with 3+ years of relevant human resources/talent acquisition expertise to join our team. You will bring a sound understanding of ATS (Workday experience is preferred) and possess soft skills such as attention to detail, continuous improvement, prioritization/organizational adherence, and empathy with a true service mindset.

Bilingual English speakers with a C1 level or higher are required.
