Business Process Coordinator

Eaton, a leading power management company, is seeking a highly skilled Business Process Coordinator to join its Corporate Sector division.
**Job Summary:**
We offer an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location. As a Business Process Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of business processes within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Verify customer, order, and item information for accuracy and completeness by reviewing quotes and purchase orders, clarifying discrepancies, and checking catalog numbers for accuracy.
- Identify, understand, and process variances in orders to ensure proper information is entered, including various product groupings, reserve production planned line items, consignment, and credit card orders.
- Maintain close communication with other departments to resolve issues related to pricing and quoting.
- Enter correct customer shipment and notification requirements and apply proper sales credit and commission payment rates to orders.
- Review orders for completeness using an order entry checklist and participate in problem-solving teams and special projects to improve processes.
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree and at least one year of experience in customer interaction or support. You should possess excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different work environments.
