We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Early Stage Collector at Intugo Call Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our clients to provide exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Make outbound calls to customers to discuss their accounts and provide solutions to their needs.

• Respond to inbound redemption calls from customers and resolve their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Develop and implement strategies to manage customer accounts and prevent delinquency.

• Identify and escalate accounts that require management review to ensure timely resolution.

• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism and courtesy.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues.

**Requirements:**

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
