About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Demo Lead to join our team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and impactful product demonstrations to our customers and prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand customer needs, pain points, and goals, and align our solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Design and develop creative and compelling product demos that highlight the features and benefits of our technical solutions, and how they can solve customer challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
  • Build end-to-end experiences that simulate real-world scenarios and use cases, and show how our products and solutions can enhance the employee and end-user experience.
  • Deliver demos to customers and prospects, either in person or remotely, and adapt to their feedback and questions.
  • Use various tools and platforms to create and present demos, such as PowerPoint, video, web, mobile, and interactive media.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and impact of the demos, and seek feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical and design skills, with the ability to use various tools and platforms to create and present demos.
  • Expert level IT business analyst skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into simple and clear business terms.
  • Expert level graphics design skills, with the ability to create visually appealing and engaging demos.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey the value proposition and benefits of our products and solutions to different audiences and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Passionate and enthusiastic about our products and solutions, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Advocate for world-class user experiences.
  • 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in IT projects, process improvement, design, or technical marketing.
