Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English language instructor to join our team at Inspired Education Group. As an English language instructor, you will be responsible for teaching the principles of the English language to students of varying academic levels and native languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging course material and activities to promote student learning and engagement.
  • Assess student progress through homework, exam grades, and other evaluation methods.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Organize classroom lectures and coursework to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Prepare materials and activities to cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Assign homework and exercises to reinforce student learning.
  • Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans to support their needs.
  • Determine exam and assignment grades to provide accurate feedback to students.
  • Keep accurate records of student attendance and grades.
  • Research new language teaching methods to stay up-to-date with best practices.
  • Manage classroom crises and resolve conflicts in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Communicate with parents about their children's performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to foster a positive student experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching English language or a related field.
  • Advanced English language proficiency (essential requirement).
  • Knowledge of pedagogical models, learning tools, evaluation models, group management, and student feedback.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • A patient and resilient personality with a dedication to students and education.
