About This Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Language Trainer to join our team at Learnlight. As a Language Proficiency Coach, you will be responsible for delivering dynamic and engaging language classes to students. Your primary goal will be to provide valuable written feedback and monitor students' progress, guiding them towards their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective and engaging language sessions to students
  • Provide written feedback to students after each session
  • Monitor students' progress and guide them towards their learning objectives
  • Communicate efficiently and professionally with internal team members

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English language (advanced or fully proficient)
  • Academic level: high school diploma or higher, or currently pursuing a degree
  • Creative, dynamic, and friendly demeanor
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interest in gaining language teaching experience at an EdTech company

Technical Requirements:

  • Internet connection with 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed
  • Laptop/desktop computer
  • UTP cable and UPS with 30 minutes of backup charging
  • Headset with internal microphone
  • Noise-free space for online teaching

Benefits:

  • Part-time or full-time contract
  • Eligibility for monthly bonus scheme
  • Vacations: 15 days upon first year of seniority, instead of 12 days by law
  • Annual vacation bonus: 25% of assigned paid vacation days upon reaching seniority
