Job Description

At MSCI Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Payroll Project Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading provider of critical decision support tools and risk management services to the global financial community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Global Payroll Team, development team, and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and manage the implementation of vendor systems, ensuring compliance with company policy and local legislation.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external departments to drive process improvement and automation.
  • Manage projects with vendors to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing and knowledge of local requirements.
  • Research and propose resolution of any data conflicts that impact global payroll processing and escalate and address critical issues in a timely manner.
  • Support day-to-day integration activities, interacting with global teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
  • Maintain Payroll KPI dashboard and generate payroll reports and analytics, providing insights to finance leadership and supporting financial decision-making.
  • Assist with payroll-related audit requests, providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's degree in Accounting/Finance is an advantage)
  • Workday System and Payroll experience a plus
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is an advantage
  • 3+ years' professional experience, preferably within a similar payroll
  • Experience of working within an international and multi-cultural environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual, project management experience a plus
