Job Description
This role is responsible for sourcing and providing management with competent and qualified candidates for vacancies at all levels and departments. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience as a Recruiter or HR generalist and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Human Resources and managers to define candidate profiles and develop timely search strategies
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including screening resumes, arranging interviews, and creating effective advertising
- Maintain weekly and monthly statistical reports on candidates interviewed, rejected, pending, and hired
- Recommend solutions to reduce absenteeism, rotation, and voluntary termination
- Work with Manager-Staffing to develop and implement process improvement initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows-based software applications
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Knowledge of employment law, behavioral interviewing, and assessment techniques
