L'Expert Opérations P2P est un professionnel expérimenté chargé de piloter les processus opérationnels dans le domaine des relations avec les fournisseurs. Ce rôle est essentiel pour garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des opérations, ainsi que pour améliorer continuellement les processus et les systèmes d'information.

Responsabilités
  • Pilotage de la Performance d'Exécution
    • Mesurer et améliorer l'efficacité du processus : Suivi des contrats, nombre de factures en attente, respect des délais, KPI hebdomadaires
    • Résoudre les dysfonctionnements du processus pour payer les fournisseurs à l'échéance : Analyse des évolutions, relance aux utilisateurs, proposition de plans d'actions correctifs
    • Promouvoir les bonnes pratiques
  • Qualité des Données et Support de Proximité
    • Assurer le premier niveau de support auprès des utilisateurs : Formation, aide à la manipulation, rappel de l'utilisation de l'outil
    • Identifier et adresser des problèmes de qualité de données, des problèmes récurrents
    • Animer le réseau, via son réseau de relais locaux
  • Progrès
    • Participer à la définition des objectifs annuels « Opérations » et à l'évolution des KPIs et des objectifs Pays associés
    • Contribuer à la création et à l'enrichissement des plans progrès en interagissant avec le Central et le réseau
  • Releases et Change Management
    • Fournir des informations précises sur les pratiques et outils associés aux processus
    • Émettre des demandes d'amélioration locales vers son manager Operations P2P zone
    • Coordonner des actions pour garantir une bonne implémentation de la release
Compétences et Expériences

L'Expert Opérations P2P doit posséder une solide expérience dans le domaine des relations avec les fournisseurs, ainsi que des compétences en matière de gestion de processus, de qualité des données et de support de proximité. La connaissance des systèmes d'information et des outils associés est également essentielle.
