**The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Manage social media campaigns from concept to execution, including content creation, posting, and performance tracking
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and product development, to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns
  • Lead influencer marketing initiatives, including identifying and collaborating with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and measuring campaign impact
  • Manage social media budgets and allocate resources effectively

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media management, with experience in influencer marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Experience managing influencer partnerships and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
