Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Mexico Payroll System: Oversee the administration of payroll and time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  • Payroll Compliance: Ensure compliance with SAT, IMSS, and INFONAVIT regulations, performing monthly journal entries for accruals and reversals, and reconciling General Ledger Payrolls accounts.
  • Liaison between HR and Finance: Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless communication and support for Mexico Operations.
  • Support Operations and Group Finance: Provide financial data support for operations and group finance requests, as well as participate in physical inventory and other activities as required.
  • Management & Supervisory Responsibilities: Manage job title(s) and oversee the work of team members, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong Payroll, taxes, and accounting experience with 4+ years of experience.
  • Exposure to SAP or other financial ERP systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on error prevention.
  • Total flexibility showing an ability to work with diverse personalities and support multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze business issues, develop corrective actions, and follow through to completion.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple daily tasks and focus on process improvement.
