About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Customer Services and Delivery team in Mexico. As the Head of Customer Services and Delivery, you will be responsible for steering our CS&D strategy within your designated geography and ensuring the successful delivery of a diverse range of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Develop and communicate a clear vision for the future of our CS&D team, aligning with SAP's overall strategy and objectives.
  • Delivery Excellence and Management: Drive executional excellence, consistently achieving results and exceeding targets, while championing transparency and collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure transparency and predictability in business operations, upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance, and effectively managing workforce resources.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop a clear Go-to-Market strategy, identifying and capitalizing on business growth opportunities, and collaborating with Service Portfolio Management to drive success with new service offerings.
  • Team Management, Coaching & Mentoring: Execute the people agenda aligned with SAP's strategy and CS&D priorities, setting clear team goals, monitoring performance, and serving as a mentor and advisor to leaders within the team.

What You Bring

  • Experience & Language Requirements: Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills, profound understanding of Digital Transformation, exceptional communication and networking skills, and proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Leadership and Management: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing sizable P&Ls, with a strong focus on customer success and delivery excellence.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP solutions and industry-specific business processes, with a keen understanding of the SAP market and competition.
