About the Team

Our Performance Marketing team is seeking a high-performing, fresh, and passionate intern to support team projects and initiatives in finance for Spanish-speaking Latin America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the invoicing process related to marketing, ensuring all invoices are tracked.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate end-month accruals.
  • Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in vendor and client enrollment, purchases, and account payables process.
  • Keep a good communication with stakeholders to ensure the creation of Blanket POs on time.

Requirements

  • Currently in the last year of Accounting, Finance, Business, or a relevant related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting processes and principles.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Dynamic person that can work with multiple teams in other countries.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Organized and meticulous.
  • Demonstrate initiative in day-to-day activities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Having knowledge working with databases, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools is a plus.
  • Having knowledge of paid media or the digital marketing landscape is a plus.
