We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Buyer to join our team at Vínculo Estratégico Rh. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services to support our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and negotiate with domestic and foreign suppliers to obtain target prices and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and reliable supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier performance and contract details.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, with experience in procurement software a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Fluency in English, with Spanish a plus.
- A competitive salary of $28,000 - $30,000 per month, plus benefits and bonuses.
