Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Planner / Inventory Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner / Inventory Manager to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely availability of materials and managing inventory levels to meet service level objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Develop and implement effective supply chain plans to ensure timely delivery of materials, including managing purchase orders, analyzing stock requirements, and optimizing inventory levels.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including upstream and downstream planning leaders, supply and inventory planners, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and execution of supply chain plans.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve supply chain issues, including stock shortages, transportation delays, and other disruptions to ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, inventory management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Mapics).
