- Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies to ensure system reliability and performance;

- Provide expert-level support for on-site and remote infrastructure deployments;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement;
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base;
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our software development processes;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, AMQP, NTP, SNMP);
- Proficiency in automation development (Powershell, Python, Bash);
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, GitLab CI, Jenkins and Nexus);
- Knowledge of IT security best practices (TLS, Vulnerability assessments, OWASP top 10);
- Understanding of data stream platforms, message brokers, and queues;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Availability to travel for on-site deployments and training.
