About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Leader to join our People and Culture Department in Mexico City. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in implementing HR strategy and initiatives to drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience.

The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to provide HR expertise across FCTG Mexico brands and businesses. You will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive education, coaching, and empowerment programs to support business leaders in managing employee situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience
  • Provide HR expertise to business leaders across FCTG Mexico brands and businesses
  • Design and deliver training programs to support business leaders in managing employee situations effectively
  • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to improve HR processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Intimate knowledge of generalist HR policy, procedures, and practice
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
  • Proven successful performance in HR or Advisory role in a large organization
  • Knowledge of future trends in HR and ability to think strategically to create innovative future HR practices
