We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in Mexico. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by appointment setting and sales. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals to meet monthly client acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Appointment Setting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage incoming leads from emails and LinkedIn to maximize engagement and appointment setting.
  • Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up: Prepare thoroughly for each call to address client needs and objections effectively, and conduct follow-ups post-meeting to close deals or set the stage for further discussions.
  • Reporting and CRM Management: Submit daily reports on lead interactions, appointment outcomes, and sales progress, and update personal and team tracking sheets, CRM with detailed notes and follow-up tasks.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Appointment Setting and Sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proactive and results-driven attitude.
