As a Service Designer at PepsiCo, you will be part of a team that is responsible for creating digital products and services that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions that are user-centered, efficient, and effective.

Responsibilities

As a Service Designer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Participating in the entire design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing
  • Conducting primary and secondary research to gain a deep understanding of our customers and stakeholders
  • Applying human-centered design and service design thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of digital products and services
  • Co-facilitating workshops and managing approaches to identify and solve complex problems
  • Creating project deliverables, such as low and high-fidelity UI prototypes, project plans, and design systems
  • Communicating with business stakeholders and influencing product teams through data-based recommendations
Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Designer who has a deep understanding of the design process and can apply human-centered design and service design thinking approaches to guide the discovery and production of digital products and services. You should have:

  • Deep understanding of service design and UX design disciplines
  • Proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process
  • Experience with industry-standard design and research tools
  • Strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities
  • Experience with Agile and SAFe methodology for team work and analytics 'product' creation
