We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for defining and updating supply and stock management parameters to achieve target service levels while reducing unhealthy stock and costs.
Key Responsibilities- Supply Chain Management: Define and update supply and stock management parameters, including ramp-up and ramp-down strategies, to achieve target service levels.
- Inventory Management: Ensure the quality and consistency of key data, including lead time, quantity, and stocking policy.
- Procurement and Replenishment: Manage the continuous needs/resources balance for raw materials, components, sub-assemblies, and finished products.
- Customer Service: Manage customer needs coming from the Customer Claim Management Process and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
- Backorder and Shortage Management: Manage the backorder portfolio, shortage, and take actions to ensure product availability.
- Performance Metrics: Measure and analyze key performance indicators, including ISSR and S-OTD & U-OTD, and drive action plans to improve performance.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Operations Engineering.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Language: Fluent in English.
