We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Didi Global. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing administrative support, and supervising staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including purchase order creation, vendor payment submissions, and reports related to facility management.
- Collect, analyze, and report statistical data to provide accurate and current assessment of facility management objectives.
- Supervise teams of staff, including cleaning, maintenance, and other contractors.
- Ensure that buildings meet health and safety requirements and that facilities comply with local legislation.
- Identify areas that can make the building more efficient and cost-effective.
- Participate in forecasting and budgetary control.
- Assist during renovations or refurbishments projects.
- Maintain inventory records and files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, or facilities management.
- At least 3 years of experience in a related position.
- Knowledge of HSE and government paperwork/formalities in Mexico (other LATAM countries would be a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence others.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Accustomed to working in a team and collaborating with all levels within the organization.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively be flexible in approach and respond well to pressure.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to communicate in English, to work in a diversifying and international culture.
