Key Responsibilities:

  1. Purchase materials from approved suppliers with sufficient lead time to prevent shortages.
  2. Expedite solutions to delivery date, quality, and quantity issues.
  3. Review supplier performance to prevent company losses.
  4. Assist in clearing payment issues on suppliers' invoices.
  5. Monitor and maintain inventory levels and KPIs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Industrial Engineering.
  2. Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
  3. MRP system knowledge, preferably SAP.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  5. Strong analytical and communication skills.
