Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and transferring inbound calls, performing general office duties, updating customer information, and assisting with policy payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and transfer inbound calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Perform general office duties as assigned, including data entry and administrative tasks
  • Update customer information as needed to ensure accurate records
  • Assist with policy payments and other customer-related tasks

Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • University studies or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual - Spanish and English (required)
  • 18 years or older
  • Complete documentation, including birth certificate, Kardex, proof of address, Curp, and INE

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Customer service experience (1 year or more, preferred)

Work Environment

This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation

The salary for this position is $12,000.00 per month, and the expected hours of work are 40 per week.
