PepsiCo is a leading food and beverage company with a rich history of innovation and commitment to social responsibility. We are seeking a Jr. Manager of Social Responsibility to join our team in Mexico.
ResponsibilitiesThe Jr. Manager of Social Responsibility will be responsible for:
- Supporting corporate reputation and maintaining our social license to operate
- Driving employee engagement and funding campaigns
- Creating executive messaging and communications content to support the Citizenship & Sustainability agenda
- Serving as a consultant to the PepsiCo Food and Beverages Brand teams to develop impactful cause-related marketing programs
- Project managing the deployment of high-impact programs with reputed external partners
As a Jr. Manager of Social Responsibility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our company's social responsibility initiatives. Your scope will include:
- Managing the local volunteering network and executing actions
- Proposing, co-designing, and managing social and environmental programs that fit PMF and LAB local brands' purpose agendas
- Executing local deployment of regional multi-year programs
- Identifying and cultivating potential institutional partners
- Collaborating with PMF and GEPP sales teams to support engagement with clients on pep+ & Foundation's agendas
We are looking for a candidate with:
- A B.S. in Corporate Social Responsibility, International Relations, Public Policy, or Communications
- At least 5 years of experience in the social sector or corporate social responsibility
- Advanced English (writing and speaking skills)
- Experience in project management and working with social organizations
- Knowledge of Mexico's public policy agenda and public sphere
