**Job Summary**:
In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating resolutions for accounts that are 5-59 days past due. You will provide customer service by adhering to a call plan and demonstrating the core values of Nissan. Your contributions will help build brand value and drive enduring profitable growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
• Staying available to receive and make outbound and inbound phone calls on delinquent accounts, resolving delinquencies by negotiating payment arrangements that benefit both Nissan and the customer.
• Researching and finding solutions for customer disputes, questions, and concerns related to account status.
• Maintaining standard delinquency percentages and clearance ratios for individual portfolios, achieving standard scores on Quality Assurance phone monitors.
• Analyzing delinquent accounts for appropriate action and making recommendations to Senior Car or Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of collections techniques, business practices, and related state and federal regulations.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office.
• Fluent English.
