About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of a fast-paced company, generating new business opportunities that create jobs in emerging markets.

As a Senior Vice President at Infomineo, you will be responsible for driving business growth by increasing revenue from existing clients and closing new sales. You will achieve this by actively listening to clients' needs and translating them into compelling proposals.

If you possess the analytical skills of a business expert, the passion of a sales professional, and the persistence of a growth-oriented individual, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reach your quarterly sales targets by working across the entire sales funnel.
  2. Define target accounts and strategies to approach them.
  3. Identify key decision-makers and engage in insightful conversations to uncover their business needs.
  4. Design compelling proposals to convert opportunities into sales.
  5. Develop account management plans for each target account.

You will work closely with an Account Executive to support outreach and proposal writing.

Commercial Management
  1. Manage commercial relationships with key clients, including:
  2. The appointed working team of analysts/designers to monitor project status, growth opportunities, and potential concerns.
  3. The key client counterparts to monitor satisfaction, pursue growth opportunities, or take remediation actions where needed.

You will also collaborate with the Infomineo Marketing team to develop activities, campaigns, or thought leadership reports that support your sales activities or existing client relationships.

Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in Strategy Consulting or Business Research.
  • Proven exposure to C-suite and senior decision-makers at multinational companies.
  • Fluency in English; other languages are a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, German).
  • Interest in business development and sales, including awareness of sales cycles and funnels.
  • Data-driven approach, ability to turn insights into ideas and plans.
  • Problem-solving attitude, ability to find viable solutions for clients' and Infomineo's needs.
  • Good listening skills, emotional intelligence, and ability to develop lasting professional relationships with clients.
  • Hands-on attitude, ability to write compelling messages and proposals, and conduct conversations and negotiations with senior counterparts.
