About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Global Talent. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Latam region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the real estate sectors in Latam countries and key players in the market.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new leads through referred and digital platforms, developers, and investors in the real estate sectors in Latam.
  • Relationship Building: Develop excellent relational skills with developers, investors, and service providers in the real estate sectors.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, including regular meetings and event attendance (both online and in-person).
  • Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand the club in the Latam region, incorporating new high-value clients and rebooking of current ones.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with interface functions, including Production, Project Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and other departments.
  • Travel and Representation: Represent the company at domestic and international events, meetings, and conferences (15-20% of the time).
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering.
  • Commercial Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial or business development role.
  • Technical Skills: Prior use or knowledge of CRM, Google Drive, and other relevant software.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Spanish, with intermediate English required.
  • Availability: 80% in-person, 20% home office.
