Renewable Energy Portfolio Specialist

Deproc Consultoria En Procesos Y Coaching seeks a skilled Renewable Energy Portfolio Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about renewable energy and looking to make a meaningful impact in the industry.
As a Renewable Energy Portfolio Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful operation of our renewable energy assets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Portfolio Compliance: Ensure that all renewable energy projects within the portfolio comply with relevant commercial, contractual, regulatory, and reporting obligations.
- Task Management: Assist the Portfolio Manager and other team members in tracking and fulfilling ongoing tasks and deliverables, utilizing the Lens platform to drive workflow.
- Financial Reporting: Support the development and preparation of performance and financial reports for operating projects.
- Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate with the Technical Asset Management team and Operations and Maintenance (O&M) personnel on the performance and operations of the projects.
- Data Analysis: Track project performance, weather, and operational data for operating projects through event tickets and O&M work orders, understanding and making use of the data in the context of supporting the optimization of projects and portfolios.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 1+ years of experience working with operating renewable energy assets, including solar, wind, or BESS.
- Familiarity with solar PV, wind, or BESS equipment and system design, as well as C&I and utility-scale renewable energy projects.
- Business writing skills, experience in a service provider environment, familiarity with commercial renewable energy contracts, and experience with data analysis, reporting, and presentation.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication, as well as intermediate Excel skills and basic business writing skills.
