Key Responsibilities:- Respond to technical and medical information inquiries from customers, healthcare professionals, and regulatory agencies.
- Analyze and research complex medical and technical information to provide accurate and concise responses.
- Manage medical information inquiries, document adverse events, and product complaints according to organizational, client, and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures, including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in a health care or life science field.
- Previous experience in a related field, such as medical writing, regulatory affairs, or clinical research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex medical and technical information.
- Proficient computer and keyboarding skills, with the ability to learn standard office equipment and technology.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and professional demeanor in challenging circumstances.
