The Role

As an Employee Experience Strategist, you will play a crucial role in supporting employees and enhancing organizational culture. You will work closely with Senior Matter Experts (SMEs) to understand business needs and provide People support and guidance.

Your Responsibilities
  • Partner with SMEs to understand their business needs and provide People support and guidance.
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide effective solutions to enhance workplace harmony.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and supporting development plans.
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Analyze People metrics and provide insights to improve People practices and business outcomes.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations for the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of People's best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
