The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in accounts payable and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is required, as well as a working knowledge of US GAAP and Mexican e-invoicing procedures (CFDI's). Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are highly valued.
Duties and Responsibilities- Data entry of vendor invoices in different currencies
- Interaction with international and domestic suppliers
- Paying vendors using bank portals
- Analysis and resolution of invoice discrepancies
- AP balance reconciliations, including intercompany transactions
- Providing excellent customer service to third-party vendors and internal stakeholders
- Maintaining compliance with corporate accounting policies and practices
- Accounting or administration degree preferred
- Candidates with AP experience but unfinished college degree accepted
- 2-4 years of accounts payable experience
- Strong computer, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Competitive wages ($65,000 - $85,000 per year)
