- You will oversee finance planning and performance management processes, including strategic plan development, financial performance reporting and analysis, and financial modeling.
- Ensure a strong controls and compliance environment in the manufacturing plant, promoting policies and proper controls and compliance are in place.
- Dive into harmonization, efficiencies, and improvements to ways of working, fostering a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.
- Build a high-performing Finance team by recruiting and developing talent, focusing on Supply Chain/plant controlling.
- Advanced experience in financial planning and performance management, including analyzing, planning, and reporting company financial performance across all financial KPIs.
- Broad business acumen, understanding our business, consumer packaged goods industry, and snacking market, including Supply Chain/manufacturing dynamics.
- Proven leadership skills, including business partnering, influencing, and communication skills across large regional or global corporations.
- Growth/digital mindset, identifying opportunities and leveraging technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integrity and sound judgment in all decisions and interactions, aligned with our values and policies, and external regulations.
- A minimum salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
- The opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of iconic brands, including Trident, Oreo, Philadelphia, and local jewels like Clorets and Bubbaloo.
