Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Back Office Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent acquisition services, aligned with business requirements, and driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver correct screen and sourcing aligned with business requirements
  • Manage the back-office process for need-to-hire, including initiating requests through our ATS system
  • Develop and negotiate offer terms, including compensation, sign-on bonuses, vacation time, and benefits
  • Support approvals for levels and sign-on bonuses
  • Review offers, complete governance checks, and follow up on outstanding questions
  • Manage scheduling processes for all countries of scope
  • Manage pre-hire processes
  • Periodically review and manage open requisition reports for accuracy
  • Deliver services at defined SLAs/KPIs and drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Identify and implement service delivery and process improvement opportunities
  • Manage new hire documentation processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field
  • Intermediate-level English and Spanish language skills (written and verbal), with Portuguese language skills desirable
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Previous experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle talent acquisition/staffing for professional-level positions
  • Previous agency or search firm experience or previous HR experience
  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
