About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Implementation Associate to join our team at CEI Fleet Collision and Safety. As an Implementation Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting our Project Managers with tactical tasks, ensuring seamless implementation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean, validate, and upload client inventory files to ensure accurate data management.
  • Draft and validate communications and materials to maintain effective client relationships.
  • Gather, validate, and load contact information for drivers to facilitate efficient communication.
  • Trigger customer access to platforms to enhance user experience.
  • Manage Service Cloud cases to resolve client issues promptly.
  • Coordinate AVIS reservations to streamline travel arrangements.
  • Review and respond to RFPs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance the implementation process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in leasing industry, financial services, operations, or customer service.
  • English language proficiency (B2 level).
Preferred Skills
  • Strong PC proficiency (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong data entry and typing skills.
  • Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize).
  • Ability to identify and ask probing questions, gather data, and identify options/solutions to a problem or issue.
  • Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster teamwork and relationships.
