**Responsibilities:**

• Manage the separation process with a focus on compliance and employee experience
• Coordinate and deliver documentation requests from our legal partners
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with questions regarding their last day of employment
• Assist with work authorization for new hires, including auditing for accuracy and compliance checks
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with applicable policies and laws
• Collaborate with the Recruitment, Payroll, and People Services teams via a case management system
• Conduct audits of employee data in Workday
• Support the team's goals by taking on additional tasks and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

**Required Skills/Experience:**

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on research and resolution of complex employee inquiries
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience resolving data issues within an HRIS, preferably Workday
• Ability to manage a high volume of employee cases
• Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and conditional formatting

**Preferred Skills/Experience:**

• Experience in a centralized HR department or shared services organization
• Familiarity with case management systems and Workday
• Portuguese language skills (any level)
